Our core principles

You Own Everything

Your voice model, avatar training data, brain file, and all generated content belong to you. We are service providers, not licensors. You receive full ownership documentation as part of every engagement.

NDA-Protected Work

All engagements are covered by strict non-disclosure agreements. We never share client lists, content, or even confirm who we've worked with unless you explicitly permit it.

No Resale or Reuse

We never resell, license, or reuse your data for training other models or serving other clients. Your twin is yours alone.

You Control Usage

You decide where and how your twin is deployed. We can configure guardrails — topics it won't discuss, contexts it won't appear in, approval workflows for your team.

How we handle your data

Storage

All data is stored in secure, encrypted cloud environments. We use enterprise-grade security protocols aligned with international standards.

Access

Only the core AIClone.ae delivery team has access to your data during the engagement. Access is revoked after project completion unless ongoing support is agreed.

Deletion

You can request full deletion of all source materials at any time. We'll provide written confirmation of deletion within 14 business days.

What We Store

Rights & Ownership

Full IP Ownership

You own 100% of your digital twin, voice model, and all content. We retain no rights.

Written Documentation

Every engagement includes formal ownership and rights documentation for your records.

No Hidden Licenses

We don't retain "usage rights" or "training rights." Your data is not used to improve other products.

Our ethics commitment

We believe AI cloning technology is powerful — and must be used responsibly. That's why we only work with the person being cloned, require explicit consent, and maintain strict controls over how twins are deployed.

We will never create a clone of someone without their direct involvement. We will never use deceptive practices. We will never compromise your trust.

Yes. We'll share our standard NDA during the discovery process. We're also happy to work with your legal team to customize terms if needed.
If you choose not to proceed after initial discussions, any information shared is deleted. We don't retain prospect data beyond what's needed for communication.
